I went to the CVS Pharmacy in New Hope, MN on Bass Lake Rd and had the worst customer service ever. Went in to purchase some snacks. Picked up some cashews with a sign saying it was on sale for $4.99. When I got rung up, I was charged full price. I kindly asked the casher, who's name is Alex and his name tag said he was a shift supervisor, about the sign. He proceeded to tell me that the sign is only valid if you have a CVS rewards card. I would've accepted that explanation, except he proceeded to tell me "I asked you if you wanted a CVS card and you said no so it's not my responsibility to save you money". So I said okay, you can go ahead and refund my money for everything I just purchased. Because you're right, it's my responsiblity to save my money and give it to some one else who would provide me better customer service. That just completely blew me away at the rudeness and unprofessionalism of that comment. And he's supposed to be a supervisor? I've worked in retail customer service for over 20 years and technically, yeah, it is your job to tell me about how to save money. That should be your selling point to get customers back in the stores. Needless to say, I will NEVER shop there again

I had a horrible experience at the Minute Clinic here. But, the staff of the actual CVS was so awesome. They're not directly affiliated with the minute clinic but insisted on giving me a $20 gift card. The manager is so nice.
